Employers

If you are seeking workforce development pathways for graduates within your staff, we can help you to design bespoke pathways for these staff to develop and retain that talent within your school.

We regularly work with mainstream Primary and Secondary schools, as well as SEND and AP settings, across South East and South London as well as North Kent.

Salaried ITT routes

We can support you taking that known talent within your school and supporting them to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through a formal programme of professional training through either of these two routes:

School Direct Salaried Secondary

School Direct Salaried Primary

Post Graduate Teaching Apprenticeship

Assessment Only route

This route is suitable for unqualified teachers or instructors that have at least two years of whole class teaching already, across at least two different schools/settings, with at least a year within their current school.

Further details of this route can be found here.
